The house is located on the northeast shore of Lake Como in the most beautiful residential area of Colico, with beautiful views of the lake Como and the surrounding mountains. The farmhouse is drowned in the greenery and tranquility of the hill but close enough to the lake so that all services and activities are within walking distance. Also near the house, just few minutes walk away, there are several walking trails, bars, a bakery and several restaurants.
